1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once processed, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
- Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time depends on your location:

3. Shipping Coverage
- We currently deliver across India to all serviceable pin codes.
- If your location is not serviceable, our team will inform you and assist with an alternative solution.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
- You can track your shipment through our website or via the courier partner’s tracking system.
- If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our support team.
5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
5.1 Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice.
- If you are unavailable during the delivery attempts, the courier may contact you for rescheduling.
5.2 If Delivery Fails
- If the order is undelivered and returned due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, our team will contact you for re-shipping arrangements.
- If you anticipate a delay in receiving your order, please inform us in advance to avoid failed delivery.
6. If Your Order is Delayed
Your order may be delayed due to the following reasons:

7. If Your Order is Marked as “Delivered” But Not Received
- If you receive a delivery confirmation but have not received the package, please report it to us within 24 hours.
